Thanks! I really liked it too, but my budget really limited what I could do with it. :(

Yea they're gross, he just says he got em cheap, he's looking to get a new set. I dunno what possessed him to get those instead of a cheap decent looking set but whatever

Didn't American WRXs get the proper 4-piston brakes the rest of the world got? In Ben Carufel's pic it looks like the ordinary 277mm twin-pot dungers... ewwwwww...

All turbo Subarus need a 6-speed 'box (or straight-cut/dog 5-speed) and a plated rear diff to get the most out of them. Once I got the '06 Spec C-RA DCCD 'box and R180 rear-end in my Liberty RS I could lap roundabouts sideways. So, so much fun.

The WRX's didn't get the 4-pot treatment till 2006. Everything before that was the typical 2 piston lame-o calipers.

No subaru here but I've been trying to find one!
Does anyone know of a good forum for Impreza's 93-01? Its kind of hard to find information I guess not everyone has a r3v to go to.
I'm looking for a 5spd 4dr but they seem to mostly be autos, if anyone knows of another person doing a 5spd swap for these cars I'd greatly appreciate it!

Legacy here...2008 2.5i SE 5MT daily driver. Took it to AutoX a couple of times, and it did not do too bad with a good set of tires.

This is where I've been looking most. I just hate all the subie forum layouts lol. I'm very anti wagon when it comes to anything other than a BMW otherwise I might say yes! I'm trying to judge how hard a manual swap is in this vs e30's.
