It's ridiculous.
The program was started as a green initiative, not as a way to artificially inflate our GDP.
When they started the program, they said, "we want to take 250,000 clunkers off the road for $1B, that is our goal to clean up the air". That goal was accomplished, somewhat.
Now they want to float more money into a program that isn't that successful.Leave a comment:
