It's not an error, it's done to keep the chart clean and simplified. Think on-ramp instead of multiple parallel roads. Assume the chart always flows south unless indicated otherwise.

What about the arrow leading to "Was the dinner expensive?" along with the arrow coming from"Yes" to "You are definitely having sex" ?
Both those arrows are coming down at an angle and it bothers me.


But I also see flaw in one answer, if you answer "No" to "Is she sober enough to stand up" it says you are not having sex.
