Scrambled....and only with toast. My 5yr old will only eat eggs if I put ketchup on them....sometimes the wife puts ketchup on hers....saw my father in law do this a few times as well. So your not alone with ketchup on your eggs.

I have found that the dozen fresh ones I get out of my yard a day are the best I've ever tasted, and I have blue, brown, and green ones. They are amazing. You can guess what I voted, but I love them over extra easy, and dip toast into the runny yellows.

fried... little olive oil in the pan, then crack the egg right into it. Cook until that sides, done, pop the yoke and flip, cook until done. With some salt, fresh garlic and basil, and a few other seasonings. Throw some cheese on top of the egg to melt it, cook up a small, thin slice of ham, and stack it all on a toasted english muffin.
