This is the funniest thing that ever happened to me dealing with Fedex. I wrapped strut bar in bubble wrap and taped it, but it still managed to jam Fedex conveyor. I called and their customer service lady wes pissed at me. Because of my commercial account, they expected me to cover this, but I asked why the hell did they accept the package if that would be the case. I always drop packages off to a Kinko/Fedex person, they're never picked up. So lady said that it's branch's fault and they're paying package insurance. They said package is damaged, and most likely will not be even returned to me, even though it wasn't even processed in yet.
A lady in my office called the fedex support line because the page kept freezing when she was printing labels. they told her it was because their site didnt support IE 8.
I swear to god its like the blind leading the blind.
i love fedex, they always take care of me, but this is as random as it could have been. I write "e30 FTW" on all my packages, maybe they have an e30 guy working for them.
