whats up with this movie not playing in theaters everywhere? it only seems like its playing in select cities. maybe tryiing to keep the "cult classic" theme? I really want to see it tho

I saw the movie last night. If the first one was a 10/10 and didn't catch early on, just to become a cult classic in following years, then the second one is nowhere above a 6/10 and must be forgotten. The first one was witty and fresh. The second one is trying very hard the same recipe, and fails. Troy Duffy may have been lucky filming the first one. Not such luck with the sequel.

The sequel was horrible. It was a half-assed attempt at rehashing the plotline of the original. Julie Benz's character was so over acted and contrived. I watched this film last night, and had just watched the original the night before. ( I got the Unrated DVD for my b-day.)

I thought it was good, but knowing myself as a person that rarely even knows whats going on in the world, i believedit was good. Not great but good. The first one will always be a favorite.
