We switch from comcast to direct and I havent had a problem since. So glad we switched...
I hated all of the problems with comcast.

never a problem with my comcast for internet connections, but the cable on my tv blows nutsack. i had no picture last night whatsoever, and usually its blocky and choppy with the audio in and out on certain channels. ever since that mandatory box-adapter install bullshit too.

cox can be just as bad. picture freezes with audio still going, then catches up...blocks going through the middle of the picture...it can get annoying

I would say yes, but sadly, the download rates were nearly nonexistent, sort of like cultured society in Idaho.
