Targa Newfoundland 2009 won by a BMW

It is a 1969 BMW 2002 from Rochester NY, by the name of Woostock, and driven to victory by Roy Hopkins and Adrienne Hughes, that won this edition of Targa Newfoundland for the third year in a row with a 13 seconds lead over the next car.

Has anyone heard any buzz about this yet? Any of the Newfoundland guys going to run it? It would be a lot easier to get to Vancouver to spectate.

Awesome, glad to hear they won it again. Lee, any idea what trans/rear gear is in that car? I think I remember a picture of you at that event last year in Roundel, maybe even next to that same car.

Look for "Eksten Autoworks". Adrienne Hughes, co-driver, works there. Car is sometimes in that location.
