I like it too. Lots of little details here and there, but the one I think I like most is the hand formed of little wingdings.

On the job thing, I've always felt you should enjoy whatever it is you do for a living. Turning what you love into work can be a way to kill your enjoyment of it though. The line between happiness and job satisfaction can be difficult to draw for some. Pardon the pun.
