probably should have added some more info.

I just had surgery on my leg from a massive staff infection.

And as far as I could tell and the officer could figuer, I failed the eye test due to the huge amount of anti-biotics/ pain meds i was on, or I have an eye astigmatism.

Just take some photos where apparently the burnout was done, then take it to court. Don't cop cars have cameras in there car? they should at least have video footage which you can request.

I see DUI's and DWI's in my Command relatively frequently. If a guy blows a .14 I don't have a lot of sympathy for him and he's gonna get hammered by us.

We had one guy get arrested for a .07 and another for a .04, the latter for a "Driving While Black" as far as I'm concerned. Cops can arrest for almost anything at their discretion.

The last two (.07 and .04) were both either dismissed outright or suspended.

I would fight it!
