Why I hate California...

I would love to live in California, but I doubt that I ever will. I am very jealous of the weather though, it greatly improves the quality of life that can be had. I've only been out there twice, the last time being in the summer of '99. The one major reason that I could not live there would be all of the fake people. It seemed most people were very shallow and didn't know their true identity. Everyone tried to portray a fake image and live according to what they saw in the media. It was in stark contrast to the midwestern, old European values that I was raised upon like humility, honesty and respect. It's also the reason that I probably could never live in Texas. That whole arrogant "everything is bigger in Texas" mentality has always kind of pissed me off.

You have to be logical about fries.

think about it.

The double double is SO awesome, and you are so hungry, that you eat the burger, and THEN the fries. This is backwards.

In n Out fries were a simple potato about 3 minutes before you got there. They go straight from that guy who stands in the window and crunches the potato through the machine, straight into the fryer.

There are no preservatives, no freeze dried, no nothing. They have a half life of about 6 minutes, plus they dont annihilate them with salt like everybody else.

So:

Ignore the double double with grilled onions, sprinkle a little salt on the fries and eat them first. THEN the burger.

That's why you think they suck is because you keep eating the burger first.

Cali is fun to visit... Love the weather! But It is too fast paced for me... I really enjoy visiting as my cousins live in Orange County. A lot of good things and cars (rust free) come from cali.

I am more of a wide open spaces kinda guy.

I have noticed that pretty much all of the people from their have TONS of cali pride my cousin who just moved in with me is flasing west coast everywhere we go hahah.

Utah rocks cuz da snow and great scenery... Not that cali doesnt have snow too...

I love Cali. Been living here for a year, after living in Indiana for 3. The Fresno area is not the funnest area in California, but It's a positive change for me. Not that I could live here after graduation. I grew up in a capital city, I miss the fast paced city life, being able to go anywhere drunk (local transport), etc.
I love LA, SF, the Coast... I'm glad I'm here!

Cali is where its at. Norcal is chill. I'm from sonoma county aka wine county and i love it here. I would love to move to europe but I def see myself coming back to this kinda atmosphere.

I never really been in socal,well with an exception to a horrible family trip to disney california so i wont count that, but I would love to do a roadtrip to socal.

Cali might not be prefect but what state is?
