Swing Bands

I saw the Skunk Jipzee Swing Band playing at a local festival, in Morro Bay,and I was instantly hooked. The singer is 18 and most of the other band either just graduated high school or college.

Anyway here is their Website There is a song on the homepage you can listen to if you really have the time. They of course sounded a lot better live.

Anyways it was the style and the swank this band had that you don't really hear from most bands today. Especially from the younger ones. I was just wondering if there is anyone you guys know of that you can point me towards to.

Oh yeah, check "The Love Dogs" from Boston. After I heard the very first notes at the Portland Blues Festival, I headed over to buy their CDs. "Big and Hot" will blow your mind...
