I will soon be working on F-16's. I'm very lucky to own an 88' M3, Mom and Dad did help to accomplish that. I'm only 19 so cut some slack... Soon I will pay them, then comes the BBS wheels.

V cut is old n' busted, open slice is the new hottness.

5 dollars is not a reasonable offer.

Took longer to say the title correctly than I am comfortable with.

I go to school in the mornings from 7:30 to 1:00, then I go to work from 1:30 to 8:30. Work as a mechanic and exhaust fabricator.

Im a Project Manager/Senior Engineer for an orthopedic device company. But Im a penny pincher so I buy and sell BMW's on the side to fund the projects. Also the couple bang-ups my E30 has been in funded the entire restoration project through insurance. Between my wife's E36 and the E30 it's amazing how much money is spent, but they are both damn good looking cars!

Carpenter/ cabinet maker in small shop with 2-3 other guys. About to be gettin free school courtesy of BMW. Anyone with a job but no real bills can afford a basic m50 swap if you try even a little bit. Don't rebuild it if you're broke. Really, even if you have a crappy part time job where you get $250 every 2 weeks, just save half of it and youll have enough cash in a few months. I'm 6 months into a "refresh" thats turned into full rebuild from 2.5 to 3 liters, aftermarket cams, etc etc. I can think of a few times I've spent half of my paycheck on parts, and a few parts that were more than a paycheck. Edit- and my checks are a little more than 250. But the point is, the vanos motor wasnt even 400 bucks and upon disassembly was found to be in great condition. I couldve had a swap for ~500 bucks, so can you my friend.
