Brewing your own beer is awsome

Just finished drinking 5 gallons of my own beer, and making it yourself makes it even tastier.

My pops is really into that kind of stuff, we've got like 40ish corney kegs in the basement and the makings of a brewery down there in parts. definitely something I want to do when I get the funds.
    Jah bless! :pimp:

Wow that is my dream. Currently I have 4 kegs, and ability to brew 15 gallons at the time. Still working on building the keggerator, but do have the pictured outside bar.

Home brewing is great. Just bought all the stuff to do a 2nd batch with a friend. Bottling the brew right now but trying to convince a coworker to give us a couple kegs she has sitting in her garage.

Yeah I am working on it, But starting a forum is a lot of work. As if a lot of people do not post, a lot of people do not join so it really is a catch 22.
I am hoping being more relaxed and not as snobbish as other beer forums will help us out.
Also if you join you will see an interesting hidden section that is a lot of fun.

My room mate and I brew beer too. It is actually pretty fun, but I despise cleaning the shit up afterwards.

So you got the proper balance of pressures with the keg/CO2 and lines?

Yeah, luckily when you keg you can add force carbonation in about an hour. When bottling it is a completely different story.
Also sanitizing everything before and clean up is a bitch.

It is very rewarding and not that much more work especially if you enjoy the brewing part. Make more flexibility on the recipes as well.

                            Brew on!!
