Just saw one of the mothers interviewed on the news and she said 'when I first saw the video I had a laugh...' and the daughter was cracking up at looking like a drowned rat once she got home...

The way I see it, they are a bunch of people, standing out in the rain, near a puddle in the street. They were asking for it. It's not like they splashed a bunch of people heading to a wedding on a sunny day or something.

At my old jr high all the kids walk down this huge maybe half mile hill that all the kids walk down to get home and there was a huge stream of water comming down along the hill since San Diego's sewer system isn't built for rain. Well someone, I can't say it was me drove up that hill hitting the water and soaked atleast a hundred kids all the way up the hill, you should have seen the kids towards the top of the hill try to escape but there is a canyon on the other side of the sidewalk hahah!
