It would appear you miss read. This discussion is not over how he had no right to give me the ticket, as I have admitted guilt, but over the effects these fines have. Also proved as motivation to attempt to have the charge dropped. When you are the person drowning, I will feel no "duty" to save your life.

15 days? makes sense. i got pulled over one time for having an August expiration date sticker late at night aug 31st/sept 1st (it was after midnight). one thing led to another, spent the night in jail. why the hell are you surprised you got a ticket for that? the first thing a cop will be checking is your tag/license status. in my area, they will almost always drop stuff like that if you come in with proof you fixed it before court.

Florida doesnt have those fix it tickets any more. And its like 450 bucks to register a car with new plates.
