That dudes build is actually pretty interesting. Its all plumbed inside the mufflers to actually WORK.

Hes actually got a lot of thought into it and its not as shitty as it looks. Its a cool concept too. Car looks stock even from under the car and is probably quite a bit faster than stock...

I've got to agree with this. He got a lot of shit as I recall which is predictable but it looked completely stock and was reasonably functional. Do hope he heat shielded the seats though.

I know in Europe you aren't allowed to modify your car like you are allowed here in the States without a very expensive and throughout official inspection.
This is probably why he is trying to hide the turbos.
My buddy is actually thinking about a small electric supercharger that he could put on his E30 in a way that is not noticeable by the cops when pulled over for regular traffic stops.
There are many weird ideas (better and worse ones) you can find in cars in Europe that were thought up to avoid higher taxes and such.
