Lock n Load with R Lee Ermy

Anyone seen this? It's fantastic, lots of gun history and lots of ridiculously cool slow mo shots. And the host is a definite enthusiast (I want those earplugs)

Roommate's been downloading them in HD, pretty cool.

I think it's one of the better shows on TV. You can tell that he guy is hella into it and I think that's really cool. Also they blow a lot of stuff up. Who doesn't like that?!

Have you made a purchase from www.blunttech.com recently?

WAY better show than Mail Call ever was. The episode was on the other night about rockets, it was awesome!

Anything with Gunnery Sgt. Hartman hosting is win.

just thought if you are going to give him props, give him props using his real name...

I know you're a hardcore FMJ fan so there was no doubt you were making that reference...

i love that show, all the slow mo stuff, and Ermey is cool as hell. i love how he talks to people. belittles them in an 'im a badass' sort of way.

i want to get my hands on a pair of the sunglasses he wears, they have a matt look to them, some sort of IR blocking coating.

I heard he was a staff sergeant that was promoted to Gunnery Sergeant after his retirement for his work in FMJ. Anyone corroborate this?

I've told myself before I was going to hunt those down and always forget! Damn, $270 ain't going to happen.

I know it's honorary, just don't know what for. I don't think they would give it to him just for a movie..?

Its not a special IR coating or anything. You might be able to get them for whatever shades you have now. They are simply a matte lens. You cant have shiny, reflective lenses in combat so they do that type of a finish. I know Scott, Oakley ect make military friendly lenses.

$270 is a bit much for just polarized aviators without some sort of special materials but I must admit I LOVE my polarized carbon fiber Ray Bans. But even those were only $220.

Ah man I love turning on the History channel before work to kill time and watch this. I hate when I hate to leave 15 minutes before the show ends for work and misses what would be his favorite weapon of the episode.
