Long time ago I used to single seat on the Charles in Boston, joined a local club, it was expensive so opted to out. Great exercise but I could get just as good a work out riding my bike in the hills with one day in the gym.

yeah. i have a 6k erg test today, last one was a 1:53.6 shooting for a 1:50 today.

Well, actually, the vast majority of our team pulled worse, as we just got back from the Head of Newport Beach regatta (sat+sun).
