a represents a person. b represents another person

"a" starts a useless thread on r3v trying to answer a childish fight. person "b" reads said thread . now that person "b" has read the thread he can no longer get his 2min back and starts a thread of his own. is it considered mocking or is it considered posting because he posts anyways.
