Looks like subcutaneous fat. As much as it hurts and as bad as it might look to you, it doesn't actually look all that serious. Go to a clinic and get it stitched up.

Nothing crazy but in 8th grade I decided it was in my best interest to rotate the tires on my little "next" cuz I had skidded the shit out of the back tires
. Riding home one day, I turned into a kind of back entrance to jack in the box doing somthing like 20 mph. The front tire went out under me and I shit and slid all the way down the ramp with my leg trapped under the bike. My elbow was eaten up pretty bad.

I think I'm going to go get stitched up.
Its like as wide as a river with white in between and doesn't look like it will close correctly. But I don't know much.
