    Suicidal Mouse?

I dont know exactly what has happened to this poor guy, but as I was sitting at my computer today, I noticed a small figure creeping towards the middle of the living room floor. I turn and look and here is this little guy. I figured he was gonna take off any second but no. He stayed. I went and got my cat, (ninja) and tossed him right next to this little guy. Nothing. Ninja just looked at him and ran off. So I tried scaring it off, nothing. wouldn't budge.. My only possible thoughts for an explaination of this is that he cant find any food and is either begging for some food or is trying to commit suicide. Poverty is taking its tole. Whats wrong with this guy???

Is he sick? or is trying to beg for food? Maybe he is learning from our dogs.. They always come to the middle of the floor and beg.. kinda like this..

Seems as if the mouse aint running, the cat doesnt see it as a target. That or my cat is lazy.(likely)

Animal was most likely sick and dying.

You tried to scare it off? Why not just either smash it, throw it against something hard or crush it's skull? That's the humane way to get rid of it.
