I played for about 6 years in Semi Pro, (Amateur A back then!!) I played NPPL before the PSP split, I even used to play 10man old school ball!! I had a post in an older thread I'll link to. I've owned over 20 guns, been sponsored by everyone from PGi to Dye to Pure Energy. I quit back in '03 after the final Mardi Gras Open (who else remember's that??). I recently played Xball with the University of Maryland in the NCPA, we only lost 4 games the season I was there but I couldn't make Nationals which sucked. I've still got stuff all over the place. I'm back in Houston for thanksgiving and found an old school GZ Intimidator in the garage, still works after all these years! Anyone else remember Ground Zero?

I've been thinking about getting back in, My buddy Lucian Blackburn still plays pro ball and I've got friends on DC Arsenal and their D1 and 2 teams. We'll see what happens.

The ION was released to the market. It cost $300 or less new and could keep up with almost any high end marker out there. So everyone that just bought a new shocker/nerve/timmy/angel/dye/whatever for 1k was looking like an idiot. The ION was tourney legal and a shit ton of people used them. Basically everyone and their dad, who just started, had a gun that kept up with your marker that cost 3x more.

Who wants to go buy paint now?

I always hated the shit out of Timmys. They crashed a crap ton, were loud and pricey. They did shoot fast though. . .

I always loved timmy's because they were so simple and just ripped, guys with matrix's were always having issues, and they're air hogs :p

I used to have an electronic cocker, as a matter of fact it was the first e-cocker every made, heavy as shit, a gas hog but just as fast as my angel, it was crazy. I couldn't find any pics of my Sandridge but this one is nearly identical to the one I had, I even had the Fishbone body!

I was just thinking about the old cockers!

I've played a tourney with an old F5. Shit is heavy as fuck, but it can shoot like no other.
