Haha!! I love it! Mine has a WAS board as well. It was a great gun, I picked this one up back in '02 at the MGO, we played GZ Gold there in the Prelims a couple times. fun time!!

I played for about 6 years in Semi Pro, (Amateur A back then!!) I played NPPL before the PSP split, I even used to play 10man old school ball!! I had a post in an older thread I'll link to. I've owned over 20 guns, been sponsored by everyone from PGi to Dye to Pure Energy. I quit back in '03 after the final Mardi Gras Open (who else remember's that??). I recently played Xball with the University of Maryland in the NCPA, we only lost 4 games the season I was there but I couldn't make Nationals which sucked. I've still got stuff all over the place. I'm back in Houston for thanksgiving and found an old school GZ Intimidator in the garage, still works after all these years! Anyone else remember Ground Zero?

I've been thinking about getting back in, My buddy Lucian Blackburn still plays pro ball and I've got friends on DC Arsenal and their D1 and 2 teams. We'll see what happens.

The ION was released to the market. It cost $300 or less new and could keep up with almost any high end marker out there. So everyone that just bought a new shocker/nerve/timmy/angel/dye/whatever for 1k was looking like an idiot. The ION was tourney legal and a shit ton of people used them. Basically everyone and their dad, who just started, had a gun that kept up with your marker that cost 3x more.

few years back me and my boss had a group that owned and old farmhouse...cqb was intense, people jumping through windows and ranger rolling through doors lol. good times, only time i will admit to "killing" my boss. I had an a5 with a flatline, decent, cheap, great for getting dirty and breaking cuz if you did you were only out a bill and a half lol.

I've had an Autococker, E-bladed 'cocker, Angel 4, Shocker SFT, Impulse, Ion, and played with a few others.

The paintball industry has been shooting itself in the foot for ages now. They overcharge for paint, overcharge for guns, and basically rape you of your $ any way they can.

I used to play tournament speedball, I got out of it right about when the DM5 and proto matrix's were coming out and now they're making DM9's! thats crazy to me haha. I want to get back into it but its really expensive.
