Does anyone know a good substitute for milk?
It sucks being lactose intolerant. It basically messes up my stomach to a point where sometimes I find myself keeping close to bathroom, just in case.

I never really liked cereals, but some muesli with fresh berries and slices of banana will get you started right for the day.

Soy milk man. They come in all flavors, like vanilla.
I would use it just for the taste sometimes, its a very good substitute.

A warm breakfast is key. Especially with coffee. Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest, or bulk granola work in a pinch though.

Honey Bunches with Almonds all the way. Sometimes when I am in the mood for something mind numbingly sweet, I pick up some Fruity Pebbles, that is maybe once a year though.
