    Is FredK a hick?

    influences of a hick...

So during my quickie visit y-day at FredK's quite and predominantly white neighborhood, Fred and I noticed a man that was in t-shirts and shorts riding a quad down the street.

He is 58 miles outside of Boston.

I have had occasion to explore New Jersey in the last few years. Oddly enough, it features both hicks AND rednecks. Hicks occupy the farmland and marshes in the south of the state. Rednecks populate the forested and nascar-flagged appalachian northwest.

I believe you're describing a Massachusetts redneck, not a hick. Or possibly a hipster.

I live amongst hicks. For example, when Mike and I were going to Lowe's to pick up a drill bit, we saw a truck with like a six inch lift.--sort of like MikeK's dress shoes.

ahahahahahaha I voted before I read. Tough titties.

My town has a Stop & Shop, Price Chopper, Shaw's, Aldi's and Big Y. 3 Subways, 2 BK's, 2 McDonald's, a Taco Bell, a KFC, and way too many gas stations.

^That was my defense from you calling ME a hick!

There is a stop and shop next to the bar in town that I live in, that does not remove you from hick status. But it's old, the ladies that run it smoke indoors, and it's more like a c-store/truck stop.

                    Hick.

By the way, I think ol' Farbin would kill for a TBell that doesn't close at 10pm. I think the Idaho locations only carry "Mild" sauce. Anything else and their gentle hick tastebuds would be overwhelmed.

You should visit where I want to live, You have to drive to the little store to pick up your mail, no home delivery there No fast food for about an hour drive on a gravel HWY, the only place to buy anything is the old ass C/store / gas station that your mail box is at. Fedex and UPS deliver there once a week.

But has the most spectacular sunrise on earth every day, and a view that you could not ever come close to putting a price tag on, My idea of the best place on earth

They don't even sell curry powder here. I had to ask the store to order it in, however, they do have quite an interesting product that I've found is common to the PNW region; Fry Sauce. Very strange, and almost none of the three fast food locations had Ranch, and looked at me odd when I asked for it and declined their local delicacy fry dippin' goop.

Nope, they're separate buildings a mile away from each other.
