OMG that was fucking hilarious! ( I happen to like Creed and Nickelback btw ) I really don't know why people hate Creed and Nickelback so much. It seems that when a band enjoys a heavy dose of commercial success, people tend to think they suck, are sell-outs, etc. I just don't get it.

I actually like Creed for the most part, but Nickelback is overplayed like hell, at least in my area. I'm a much bigger fan of Pearl Jam than either of the others, though. uh, yeeeaaaauuuhhhh!!!! :p

Creed and Nickelback are not grunge. They're radio-friendly, mainstream, formulaic, adult-contemporary rock crap. Sorry Wellsy, but I can't stand either one of those bands. They're put together by the record labels just like boy-bands are, just a different kind of music.

im not sure what nickelback is, canadian rock? but creed is sorta post-grunge.
they tried to immulate grunge, but like you said, have a mainstream, lame appeal.

i'm pretty sure i know what real grunge is . lol.. came up on my cousin's old cassettes last week stuff like nirvana, screaming trees, temple pilots, dog, alice in chains, etc...
