We used our demo model GMG Daniel Boone (CO dealer) to smoke the turkey this year. ...awesome, absolutely amazing.
started it at 10pm wednesday night @ 185° till 10:30am when we increased temp to around 240°, then ramped up around 11:30-12:15 to 350° before we pulled it off and carved it up (20lb bird)
when we pulled it off the interior temp was at ~175ish° ...bird was sooo juicy, and smoky!
...using the turkey fryer to brew another batch of beer tomorrow ;)
