Pictures from my recent deployment to Japan & China

These were taken during my recent deployment to Japan, and China. Taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XT & a Canon G9. Untouched, straight from the camera.

watching the George Washington pull into Yokosuka, Japan.

    Our Helicopter "Beast"

    Tokyo, Japan

    Tokyo Tower - Japan

View from Tokyo Tower, in every direction all you could see was the city. Amazing how big this place is!!

    Entrance to Tokyo Tower

    Awesome looking Toyota van thing.

Coolest bar ever: Popeye's. It looked like your buddies garage; car seats on the floor for chairs, writing all over the walls, and an awesome bar tender - Popeye!

    Vending machine:

So I hiked Mt. Fuji and only snapped two pictures. It was raining like MAD there and cold, windy, generally awful.

    Michael Jackson hanging out.

    Electric City - Tokyo, Japan

North Pacific; had many days of 20ft+ seas.

    Sunset

    Pulling into Shanghai, China:

    Shanghai:

    Lookouts:

    Pearl Tower:

    Shanghai @ night:

Lunch at the Boxing Cat Brewery:

    Shanghai Aquarium:

I have no idea what you're talking about; so here's a picture of an alligator with a duck on its back:

    Shark:

    Huangpu River from Pearl Tower

    Bikes:

    Yuyuan Gardens:

On our way home, flare shoot:

    Hope you enjoyed!

Wow awesome. I have a high school friend of mine who was on the CVN 73 George Washington that came back for Thanksgiving. Josh Pearson, if you knew him.

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.
