Anyone notice how Google links now fade in?

Anyone notice how the Google links surrounding the search box now fade in?

What do you guys think? I for one think it makes www.google.com seem cleaner and more dynamic, as if it might return topical links to your search terms.

For example, the search, Farbin Kaiber, netted mostly topical links on r3vlimited.com, fixedgears.org, e30tech.com, and this one:

    -OVULATOR (as named by jflip2002)

Past Cars: Schwarz 1990 325i-2 (crashed), Calypsorot 1991 325i-2 Sport (rear ended)
    Now: Blake-stitched mediocrity :(

I don't know what you're talking about, but I do find it curious that the 3rd link down when searching for Farbin Kaiber leads to a personal profile on the nuggetshooter.com forums

it only happens when the page loads, it is a nice streamline though, gives it some finesse.

WTF? I guess Farbin is a nuggetshooter? Do I even want to begin to think what exactly that entails?

Does it for me as well. I like it. Google is completely blank except for the search bar and the two buttons. At least, until you move the mouse and the links show up.
