                What does "Billing Information Received" mean?

                UPS has received the electronic transmission of shipment detail from the shipper and a label has been created for your shipment. UPS does not actually have possession of this package until there is an additional scan on the package.

                No action is required at this time. You may choose to contact the sender to confirm that they have given the shipment to UPS.

                Yeah it means they no longer have it, it has been returned to us 2 times and we were waiting on a good address to reship it.

                I have paid for shipping 2x on this kit already.
