Anyone know how to get multiplayer to work over the internet?

Someone told me you need a static IP or something.

BTW here is the game for download off my dropbox account. You don't have to install it, just run the setup application, which sets up the sound and video settings, and then just run the Tzar application.

Its old, but really an awesome game, kind of like Age of Empires II or something.

you mean you don't run .exe files?

The download file is a zipped file, there are .exe files within, obviously, and i am not super computer savvy but i can tell you there are no viruses in my experience... I have put this file on many computers with no issue, but of course its totally up to you, i figgered i can share it with whoever wants it...
