And Im talking about the British one. The american one does suck too. Because who really watches Top Gear for the car reviews? No one. I watched it, as did probably 90% of their audience, for the stupid shit they did like buy big ass farm tractors and try to grow rape seed.

Yeah, because who wants to watch supercars being tested at exotic locations in HD with gnarly production value any more?

The show has had it's time. Listen they are VERY VERY VERY one sided when it comes to car reviews and Clarkson is a boob. Case in point ... The Ultima has smashed the track record and HE has blocked them from running on the show with the current car since HE DOESN'T LIKE the fact that it spanked everything he loves (F AND P CARS). Youtube it and see for yourself. This has been a long time comming and I say good riddence. They were funny once but now it is almost painful to watch.

I will admit that it seems like they're running out of material (e.g. Hammond's airport vehicle derby, the art gallery segment, etc.) but I don't think they are losing viewers, including us here in the States who have to make do with the outdated, poorly compromised "episodes" on BBC-A... or, of course, torrents. You seem to take the show much too seriously though; if you want to watch an actual automotive program, go watch Fifth Gear. Top Gear is an entertainment show based around cars, 99% of the material isn't meant to be taken literally or seriously and the majority of Clarkson's statements are factually inaccurate or grossly exaggerated.

Kudos to those that picked up on the Snatch comment, and further kudos to those that realized it was in reference to the OP's inability to form a coherent sentence.

Oh I have not watched the show lately as I find it painful to watch. Yes the show is now all about three idiots and their antics but that is not what made it what it is. The cars and the reviews did. I mean come on; enough already.

It is the same basic commentary show after show and the jokes are getting more stail by the minute (I know english humor is different than here in the states) but as a car guy that was first drawn to the show because of the cars the three amigo's have ruind the franchise. It would be better to leave the game on top than dwindle out. Listen the name of the show is TOP GEAR not lets watch three grown men TRY to be funny.

You may not like it, but it was just named show of the decade in the UK. I'm thinking you're in the minority. They may miss on some episodes, but there's stil some truly epic stuff every season.

Off the top of my head: The drive across Africa, the racing on the salt flats, the e46 endurance race, the drive to the north pole in a Toyota truck, the drive through the southern US, the various races pitting supercars over long distances, the drag race between the veyron and the mclaren.
