Kinder Surprises are banned in US.

I went to russian store today, as I often do to buy home-food, and I noticed that Kinder display was gone. To my kinder-surprise, I was told that those delicious eggs are now banned in United States. Whole-sellers are fined $5000 for distributing them, so my local retail store will no longer be able to get them.


Apparently, Kinder Eggs were never allowed to sell in US since their introduction to US market in '93, but many companies still imported eggs from Europe and South America. Well, recently, some stupid bitch of a mom gave kinder egg to a 2-year-old and little bastard choked on it. Label even says that they're not for kids under the age of 3 in the first place...

For the last 20 years (that I can remember), I've enjoyed these. When I was a kid I even collected those little toys, but now they're gone because some retarded whore couldn't read labels or watch her child.

If a person doesn't value their safety, don't force them to wear a helmet or seatbelts. I swear, eventually some little cretin will get hurt on a bicycle and they'll try to ban them, too. In fact, the problem in the case of the ban of the KInder Surprise is that people don't take responsibility for their act. It is clearly written that the egg is for 3 years up. Mother still buys it, fucks up, then blames the product. Similarly, McDonald is soon going to stop offering coffee. Despite it's writen "HOT" on the cup, people will still burn themself and blame it on McDonald's...
