It would have been better not shot documentary style. I wish i rented that instead of falling into the hype and buying the blu ray. It was OK but that is it. It didnt get good till 10 min before the end like Blair Witch. You always knew something was about to happen, the time would stop speeding ahead.

it was an ok movie i thought, not scary at all. there were some pretty funny parts.

Yea you guys are right, but it was weird because as the time in the movie went on , the time i watched was almost the same. but it was just a movie, a freaky one at that

It was an indi film, the whole thing was done for under 15k. It only ended up in theaters beacuse it got so much hype. It was shown as "test run" to gauge how a remake would do, and it ended up being so big that they let it show on a few screens nation wide. After almost every showing was selling out they made a full run on it. The last 2 or so min was added on, and I think it made the whole movie suck. IMO it would have been alot better if they just ended it after he ran down stairs and it got quite. There is an option for a 2nd ending on the DVD, but it still sucked IMO.

The only reason this movie was so scary to me is becuase my house is pretty haunted. Other wise it was an OKAY movie at best.
