    I'm starting a website

Its about me as an artist and photographer.

First of all, I don't know an ounce of HTML or anything related. I am using Google Sites to set one up for myself if anything ever comes of my art and photos (which probably never will).

But anyway, give me some feedback if you like, good or bad. Thanks!

I wouldn't make that pose while wearing those accessories. You indeed do look creepy.

I don't know if that's necessary. But it looks like you're in a park or something, and if I were a parent and I saw you doing that in the direction of any children I'd be a bit freaked out.

Cool idea and good start. Do you have access to photoshop and or dreamweaver?

I am, in fact, in a park.

I guess I never saw myself as creepy like that. In real life im a pretty small sized very un-scary dude.

Thanks for the input! That's why I am running this by R3V before the general public! ;)

but then that would totally ruin the whole reference to the Metallica song.

And also, the word (words) "iamcreepingdeath" does not appear anywhere on the website, and potential viewers wouldn't know about my association with R3V.

T'was a joke. I meant it as a reference to your "creep" picture haha

And i didn't mean change your name on your website, just on R3v.

to be honest.. I would lose the "dark" persona. Talk yourself up a bit more. Be positive. Very few people will think your "home" quotes about yourself are flattering.

Also, I would remove the pictures of BMW's taken with a point-and-shoot camera. They're not special, and detract from the marginally better pictures taken for ACR performance, or whoever they were taken from. (Actually, I would use the picture of the chrome wheel and stud kit (upper left on the photos page) throughout your webpage if you could find a way to be classy about it. Cool photo.

Lastly, go dig your paintings out of storage and take pictures of them. Or, at the very least, don't make apologies for yourself. the "I have more but can't get photos of them" statement is a huge turnoff- leave it at "more will be coming shortly" or something.

I know this is early in the production (I hope it is) and there was a few good photos and the painting was interesting, but you need to be a bit more classy before you farm it out as representing you.

here's an ex-gf's photography website. Please don't contact her, but look through her website for a little advice. (completely different themes I understand, but you could learn a lot from the execution.)
