I must say I'm really surprised that no one on r3v with an iPhone wants to play. Do people on r3v not like words or something?

sort of. the application is called "Words with Friends Free"

my username is dsloan. send me a game invite, or post your username so others can send you invites.

aside from the ads which make this free, this is a very well executed scrabble knock-off, both game-wise and application-wise. it's really easy to set up an account and start playing, and it is easy to play several games at a time. so if you like scrabble, get it.

there is also chess with friends... someone who sucks at chess should send me an invite to that, because i also suck at chess.
