Let go of the outcome.
It is a valuable skill to learn.
Once you've done the best that you can at that exact moment, and once the moment of question is over, there is nothing you can do to alter the outcome--least of all stressing about it. In fact, stressing about such things is a counterproductive practice.
Taking a test is a similar scenario.
My GF studies for her exams very hard...and after she takes them, she worries for days on end. I study for my exams very hard...and when I walk out of them, I let go of the outcome, knowing full-well that I did my best.
