I shipped a Rally light kit to a member on E30tech (APO AE address) in mid November, A month went by and the tracking number never updated and he never received it. I said wait another week and if you don't get anything I'll ship you another kit. I filed an insurance claim with USPS a week later and then shipped him another kit after he emailed me again saying he hasn't received anything(I double checked with the tracking number).
A few weeks have gone by and I haven't heard from him. I got a letter in the mail today saying my insurance claim has been denied because the item was delivered, I checked the tracking number again and now it has been updated (Dec. 28 was the delivery date). I'm now out about $180 in parts, and the user hasn't logged on in a few days(he did mention going to Afghanistan). The email address that he paid paypal with is no longer working either. What are my options? How could I get one of the kits back to me or at least the money back?
