It's not that hard man. I was 205 and 5'8. I lost 40lbs in less than a year simply eating better. You can still eat out, I choose subway veggie subs over most other options. Lean meat if you're not opposed to going vegetarian. No soda. Keep your drinking to a minimum if not at all. Just doing that and not exercising anymore than I already did I lost 40lbs in just under 10 months. Now I sit around 175, have put a few lbs back on, mostly from drinking more but I've also been hitting the gym alot more recently. Also, cardio...lots of it.Leave a comment:

these two are your biggest enemies. its not impossible to eat out healthy but it is difficult. like getting a bowl from chipotle is actually pretty good for you and tastes great. you just have to look hard for the stuff that is less bad for you essentially haha. also having water with all meals instead of soda saves calories and money. and being 21 the ability to drink whenever you want takes a toll (so i hear, i'm still 19 haha). but diet is the most important thing in my opinion.Leave a comment:

this week since we've got a memorial weekend coming up,
everything has been squeezed together for m-f, and we have saturday off.
to make matters worse, its HAWT as hell outside. :(
bout to take a lil' nap and then go and do my day's work out.Leave a comment:

im starting to get back into track and train again. my brother is going to the 11th grade this year and has been in the top 15 in the country in the 100m and 200m since he was a freshmen. so he definately has the potential. hes the fastest person in his grade and lower. only people faster are all mostly seniors.
just checked hes 13th in the country in the 200m with a 20.89 (which he eased up 50m before the finish. it was the prelims)
and he's tied for 6th in the 100m at 10.37. the 200m is his best eventLeave a comment:
