Ah the old blame game-it must be all (name a group you disagree with) their fault. Get real man. It exists to make Chevy's CAFE numbers look better. Chevy makes good bread on ancient-tech SUVs and pickups, and they need to offset the lousy MPG numbers on their SUVs and pickups with an electro-turd like the Volt that will supposedly get 230MPG.
