dont bother, if ur muscles don;t change, the bones will go back to the position they aren;t supposed to be in after you get them adjusted by a chiro. get rolfed, change the muscle and the bones will stay where they are supposed to stay. google rolf and see whats really good. oh and my dad is a rolfer.

I have had good luck with acupuncture, I fucked my knee and neck snowboarding a while back and it really helped. I also know a few older guys at my work who have had miraculous results with acupuncture on their backs.

They are legit. All your nerves run down your back so proper alignment is important for everything from proper nerve signaling to comfortable sitting positions.

They don't run down your back. Your spinal cord runs down through the vertebral foramen in your spine, and afferent/efferent nerves exit out of smaller foramen. "Adjusting" your spine is only moving the vertebrae around on the cartilage. It isn't going tot have a lasting/effective improvement to a bulging disc.

If you think of a chiro as anything more than a physical therapist or a massage therapist, you're a sucker.

Go read about neck adjustments and strokes.

I had horrible migranes headaches as a child. I would be imobile for hours at a time in brutal pain. A regular doctor sent me to a chiropractor "friend" of his for a check.

The chiropractor checked me out and noticed that my spine was bowed quite a bit, put me on the table and cracked/crunched a way for close to 45 min IIRC.
i have not had a migrane headache since and probably 6-10 headaches (probably due to no coffee) since, and this has been almost 30yrs.

                Changed my life really.
