Personally, I'm with the buyer. He bid on a car listed with no reserve and won. The seller turned out to be a dealership and chose not to honor the eBay auction. They're within their rights not to sell the car below what they feel they have to get for it, but that comes with consequences. Unfortunately, I don't think a -1 on their eBay feedback score is a big enough threat to get them to honor the deal... 'could set a very bad precedent. :(
