i've always wanted to drive around the world.
my goal is to accomplish this feat, sometime maybe after graduation..or whatever. Possibly travel the world in a Land Crusier, Volvo, or Land Rover.

My friend wants to do that one day in a Land Cruiser, He as a Cherokee at the moment. I think it would be cool but I do't have a huge interest in offroading.

The major factor in this would be the costs.
Then comes the obtainment of sponsorships....
In my opinion, it would be well worth any cost to experience the world, and learn & meet new cultures on the way.
definitely the journey of a lifetime.

I would like to do it in a Tatra 815, or maybe take a Unicat. Will never happen though unless I win the lottery.

If you haven't seen it you should watch Long Way Around the documentary wih Ewan Mcgregor and some other guy. Not around the world but far enough I don't think they were on BMW F650s I think they had bigger ones but I can't remember. Anyways it is a pretty good watch. The forum at advrider has cool stories and pictures too.
