I thought the game was great it was just too short. I think the main quest should have been longer, the individual missions should have been longer, and their should have been more side missions.

i see where you guys are coming from with that.. but the exploration in the first one got pretty boring. it was replaced by the planet scanning/probe thing which is at least as boring.. but at least you don't have to drive for an hour to get to the mission. checking the other planets for action goes pretty quick.. just the resource gathering suuuuucks.
I found some neato stuff just cruising around, but yeah they really don't push you into it at all.

I could see where you are coming from, I was left with more questions than answers at the end of ME2 and that kinda left me pissed. Also I liked the ending until you got to the final boss and then I was like "Really? Like for real? That is the final boss of a bioware game? Wow."

But over all I liked it a lot, but as for how it compares with the first game, it is hard for me to say at this point.

yea, but the story and ending was weak on this one.
and there was a lot less exploration. most of the missions took place on the same two planets

no kidding. I'm on the 2nd playthough, just got done helping Tali. I gotta say those quarian women have awesome bodies. Same with the Asari..

I found most of the Asari to be pleasant except Liara. That bitch can die in a fire for all I care, I turned her down in the first game but she didn't get the hint I guess.

I definitely just screwed Miranda in the engine room. I'm kinda pissed that the collectors killed my assistant though. I wanted to bang her too. Oh well.
