The whole point of the BS email that the OP posted was how Michelle Obama somehow thought she was so special that she needed way more staff members than any other first lady- which is completely untrue.

I don't know for sure, but somehow I don't think the first lady is the one who created all those positions. Is it excessive? Who knows for sure?

Who gives a fuck if other First Ladies didn't have as big of a staff. The real point here is you have Government staff taking care of a person that MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in our government.
She does NOTHING for this countries government. One or two staff is totally understandable...but this many is fucking ridiculous.

I wasn't trying to argue that. I haven't done any research into what aides the first lady has, the nature of their jobs, or if they are necessary. That being said I would venture a guess that you haven't either, which in my opinion doesn't really make either of us fit to comment on whether they are "necessary". The point I was trying to make is that the article posted by the OP was at best misleading and at worst blatantly false. Specifically this:
