I made those Texas toothpicks because jalepenos were 3 pounds for a dollar and I got all the habaneros for like 50 cents. So I made my dish for way cheaper than how much I would have spent on ribs.

Trial run on friday using 1/4 pounds of meat and 2 habaneros, wasn't spicy enough so I dumped in like a dozen today with a pound of meat to make about 50 pieces. Added butter to the filling to make it easier to work with. Tastes great! I also put shredded cheese over everything cause the meat cheese mixture itself isn't too appealing looking.
