Before i got the collector car plate for my 84, my old plate was "12 VLVZ"

My first choice was "12VALVE", but it got denied, someone probably already had it. My second was "3VOM", got denied cause "if it says something backwards it can be a distraction to cars ahead of you." what i got was my third choice, which i never thought it would resort to, but anyways... ...be happy with your submitted choices.

If i were you, IMO, i'd request "24VALVE" or "TWINCAM"
