anyone who drink protien shakes may be able to relate i just mixed up strawberry whey protien and milk and ive been doing so for the past week and they've always tasted amazing i loved it but today i mixed it up and took a sip and got this huge clump of powder it was bad

I know a lot of people like to mix with milk, but I think it just makes it worse.
I have found that the best way is to mix with just a small amount of water and pound it. I don't want to taste that shit any longer than I have too.Comment
