I have access to a pretty good shape 533 for lets say a STEAL of a price. its being sold by a friend, has a new transmission, and the only problem is that it is leaking a littttle bit of oil.

I think it would be awesome to just beat the daylights out of it, and maybe just Slam it.

yes, M. Burroughs was some inspiration thats for sure....

    opinions?

Ughhh I had SOME respect for you until you said that... I would just make sure that oil leak is fixable. If you have the means, they are badass cars.

If you have the means, do it! I used to own one just like that. Same year too! Loved the thing. It had over 300k and it was still kicking ass, except for burning and leaking a little oil. One thing that's common on them is that the banjo bolt that feeds the head gets loose. Pretty bullet-proof otherwise. I drove it to Tahoe through a blizzard once and it did great. It took us 12 hrs from Walnut Creek but it was all good! Put some 535is sport seats in it!

LOL I wasnt going to rat it out like burroughs

you missed what I was saying...
I was talking about just seeing his car, and like his video was kinda inspiration, and made me want an e28.

the Exterior is In REally good shape, so I wouldnt mess with it.
that Being said, It's being sold for 500$ and Im on the fence about it, considering I should probaby dump that money into properly finishing my turbo build and e30, and nash metropolitan.
